Refund policy
If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are faulty, please email info@tadaagoods.com to discuss further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or are not in original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between £10 and £25. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refund Adjustments for Promotions:
If you return an item that was part of a promotional discount (e.g. buy 2, get 15% off), and your return causes the original discount conditions to no longer apply, we will recalculate the total accordingly.
For example:

If you return one dress from a “buy 2, get 15% off” offer, your refund will reflect the full-price value of the remaining item, and the discount will be removed.

Promotional discounts apply only when the qualifying number of items is kept.
